Circumcision Without Hands

By: Minister E. J. Kolenda

First, what is circumcision? To answer this question one must go back to the Old Testament.
In [Genesis 17:1] GOD told Abraham that ‘I will make a covenant between me and thee’. Then, in
[Verse 11] the command was: “And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it
shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.”

All male children were to be circumcised on the eighth day after birth. This was a sign of the
covenant. Every Israelite must be circumcised. “And the uncircumcised man-child whose flesh of
his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my
covenant.” [Genesis 17:4]

Was circumcision important? Yes, very much so! It meant life or death to the men since it was
a sign of the covenant. Every man of Abraham’s household was circumcised. [Genesis 17:24-27]
This is how Abraham followed the doctrines of GOD.

You could not belong to the Covenant without circumcision. Moses was forgetful of the very
foundation sign of Israel’s Covenant relation to JEHOVAH ELOHIM. On the eve of delivering Israel
he was thus reminded that without circumcision an Israelite was cut off from the Covenant
[Exodus 4:24-26].

Take note also that the male-children born in the wilderness were not circumcised. Therefore,
before they crossed Jordan for the Promised Land, the LORD said unto Joshua, “Make thee
sharp knives, and circumcise again the children of Israel…” “And this is the cause why Joshua
did circumcise…” [Joshua 5:2-7] There were three things that Israel had to do to enter into the
Covenant.

1) Be circumcised by cutting a piece of skin off
2) On the day of circumcision have their name invoked upon
them, if they were circumcised as a baby
on the eighth
day as GOD had instructed.
3) Once each year keep the Day of Atonement and through
their High Priest have their sins covered.

How Can We Come Into the New Covenant?

Now we go to this our day or the New Covenant.

In [Hebrews 8:7-13 and Hebrews 10:10-16] we read that GOD promised a New Covenant. This New
Covenant is faultless. The requirements are just as exact as the Old Covenant. GOD warns us not to
neglect this message of salvation for today.
[Hebrews 2:3;Hebrews 10:26-31]. This is Present Truth.

The requirements that GOD gave man back in the First Covenant was so extremely important that
it meant obey or die. GOD has not changed. GOD, still today, does not wink at our ignorance
and let us get by.

There is a New Condition set forth for a New Covenant. The male children are no longer
required to be circumcised in their flesh. Now let us consider our three things that we must do
to enter into the New Covenant. This is our new and better way.

First, GOD told Abraham to remove or put off something by circumcision. This meant death to a
part of Abraham’s body. Therefore, also in the New Testament, Paul teaches the circumcision of
Christ by Baptism in water [Colossians 2:11,12]. Look up these verses and study them for sound
doctrine.

The New Testament baptism in water does something. It is the same as circumcision
according to Paul’s teaching [Colossians 2:12].

Hands do not do the Circumcision of Christ. It is the operation of GOD. In other words, your
inherited sin is removed not by cutting off a piece of flesh but by baptism in water. Now you
have the body of sin removed. This applies to men, women and children. Each person must be
baptized. In the Old Covenant, it was about a Nation and Males of the Family. Now it is about
individual people coming to Christ. He died for those that come to Him. Now here is what will
put you into the New Covenant.

1) Circumcision of Christ – Baptism for Remission
Of sins
2) Having the NAME of the LORD JESUS CHRIST invoked
on you at baptism. This is actually having the
Name called over you.
3) Receive the Holy Spirit [Pure Life] that will
lead you and guide you into ALL truth.

This is required to put you into the New Covenant between the Heavenly Father and His
Begotten Son. This is the entryway. Are there other doctrines to follow? Yes, but this will
get rid of the sin you inherited. This is necessary to enter into the New Covenant.

In the New Testament, we do not have to hope or believe we are saved. We Know! For salvation is
a legal document. If we are saved “as the Scriptures Hath Said.”

Are you living in the New Covenant? Have you made the Doctrines of GOD of the utmost, cannot
live without them, importance? Have you been baptized in the NAME of the LORD JESUS CHRIST
for Remission [doing away of] sins? Have you received the Pure Life {Holy Ghost]? The New
Covenant is a more excellent way. In the Old Covenant, they had a “Shadow of good things to
come” but we have the Reality of Remission of sins in our day. How blessed we are. Do not
neglect the Doctrines of GOD.

How much truth does it take to go to heaven?

May GOD Richly and Abundantly Bless You All,

Your Minister and Apostle of Revelation Truth

It is being said that doctrine is not necessary or important. After hearing, this closer
attention was paid as we studied the Bible. Repeatedly it was found that Doctrine in the
Word is both necessary and important. [2 Timothy 4:3] “For the time will come when they will not
endure sound doctrine; but after their own lust shall they heap to themselves teachers, having
itching ears.” Children can find the Doctrines of GOD in the Bible. Perhaps this is why JESUS
said, “Unless you become as one of these.” {He was speaking of the little children].

Children eager to learn is a most delightful pleasure. They are constantly searching for and
learning new things. Change comes easy when you are a child. This is because, as a child, you
are always changing, growing, and learning. They haven’t become stuck in a rut dragging a heavy
load of baggage with them.

Brother Kolenda as he reads, is asking the question, Father why did you say that or why did
you do that? He always wants to know why. When you know why GOD said or did certain things, it
makes you desire to obey. Yes, every commandment and every doctrine has a reason why and it is
for our benefit. He said, “Come let us reason together.”

When reading I want to know how did you do that Father? Yes, our Heavenly Father will answer us
when we ask these questions. It is good to want to know important matters. You may ask how our
Heavenly Father answers. He answers in His Word. If you search you will find out How He did
things and Why He requires certain things to be done. In [2 Timothy 2:15] Paul said, “Study to
show thyself approved unto GOD, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the
word of truth.”

Ignorance is the night of the mind,
