Sorrows Upon Sorrows
By: Minister E. J. Kolenda
Since September 11, 2001, we have seen the
violence, war, and bad weather increase. No,
it is not just an imagination it is real. In
[Isaiah 60:8] we find the prophet saying these
words, "Who are these that fly as a cloud, and
as the doves to their windows?" Of course, the
Prophet Isaiah has never seen an airplane
before and it looked to him like a bird with
people flying on it. This bird flew
through the windows, plural.
In the end time we are told that knowledge will
increase. Has it increased? We are told that as
in the days of Noah so shall it be in the
coming of the LORD. Well go back and read what
was going on in the world before the flood and
you will see we are there again. You will find
this in the Book of
[Genesis Chapters 6, 7, 8.]
I have been a personal witness to this
increasing knowledge. I am almost 100 years old
and this is what I have seen. When I saw my
first mother vehicle, it was driven by the mail
carrier. It was a small wagon with a motor on
it. We would hear it way in the distance going,
putt, putt, putt, and sputtering along. We ran
to get a glimpse and to sniff the gasoline. Oh,
it smelled so good. New inventions as well as
increased knowledge of GOD’S Word have been a
lifetime love. You can find a picture here just
remove the top and you will have the vehicle.

Cars, electric, radio, TV, Microwave ovens,
and especially weapons of war ever more
powerful are being built. We have gone from
the wood fireplace to the wood stove to the
present day electric stove in our kitchen. I
have also seen a man go to the moon and a
space station that is still in the heavens
today. Sadly, I have also lived through Two
World Wars and many other wars. The First
World War did not have many airplanes and did
not have bombs. The Second World War saw
weapons of mass destruction come. I have also
seen a new century come in as well as a brand
new millennium called the year 2000.
In [Daniel 12: 4,6] we read this, "How long
shall it be to the end of these wonders?" Take
note that this was asked of the man Clothed
in Linen. The answer in Verse 7 is this "…when
GOD has accomplished [or finished] the
scattering of the Holy People [Israel] all
things shall be finished." He also said in this
Verse that it should be for a time, times and a
half.
Peter said this, "Beloved be not ignorant of
this one thing. One day to us is as a thousand
years to the LORD." You will find this in
[1 Peter 3:8]. So beloved please be not ignorant
of this one thing. So many times in Scripture,
we read two days. Please be aware that this is
two thousand years. Now you can figure how long
it has been since Christ was on earth. It has
now been around 2 days or 2000 years.
Please read and hear Israel's cry in
[Hosea 6:1,2],
"Come and let us return unto the LORD, for He
hath torn us and he will heal us; He, [GOD] hath
smitten and He will bind us up." When will these
happen? In Verse 2, "After two days."
You will also read in the Gospel of John Chapter
11 the story of Lazarus. You should pay close
attention to the timing on the part of Jesus. The
LORD was not late but was deliberate in waiting 2
more days before He awoke Lazarus. He is going wake
Israel after 2 days or 2000 years. Israel is surely
dead but will be awakened. JESUS Said, “Lazarus is
not dead he only sleepeth.”
Remember I have spent 76 years now in the Research
and Revelation of this Great Bible. It is so filled
with mighty wonders and so much love. The bible is
also written in language that we can all understand.
Just ask the LORD to open your eyes and ears and He
will surely answer you.
Also note that when Solomon and Jesus spoke it was
in a language that even a child could understand.
Simple language to explain things is the man of great
wisdom’s greatest gift.
How much truth does it take to go to heaven?

For everything on earth, there is a time.
There is a time to live and a time to die.
A time of peace and a time of war. A time
to be sick and a time to be healed. There
is a time to laugh and a time to cry. You
can tell I have been reading the writings
of Solomon.
In [Ecclesiastes 1:9] “The thing that has
been, it is that which shall be; and that
which is done is that which shall be done:
and there is no new thing under the sun.”
Solomon also tells us this “For in much
wisdom is much grief: and he that
increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.”
[Ecclesiastes 1:18]
You will find in the 3rd Chapter of
Ecclesiastes the reading on a season for
all things.
There will also be a time when the Lord
Jesus will return to the earth. Just as He
said that He would. There is also a time
already set aside by GOD for that happen.

Proverbs, Poems, and/or Feel Goods
It is better to hear the rebuke of the
wise, than for a man to hear the song
of fools.
[Ecclesiastes 7:5]
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart;
and lean not unto thine own understanding.
[Proverbs 3:5]
A lying tongue hatest those that are
afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth
worketh ruin.
[Proverbs 26:28]
Every word of GOD is pure: He is a shield
unto them that put their trust in Him.
[proverbs 30:5]
